I am delighted to let you all know that I will be available to bake for you again when we move to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday the 28th April.
Orders can be taken prior to this date. Naturally, this will be contactless. I can either deliver the items to you (free within a 5 km radius) or you can pick up. I will be strictly following MPI's and the MOH recommendations for handling food safely and all recommended cleaning practices under Covid-19.
In the meantime, here are a couple of recipes to help you start your day, and to break up the weekdays from the weekends! Especially great for long weekends.
Best ever Muesli and Cafe Style Pancake Recipes!
This Muesli Recipe is the only thing I eat for breakfast each day, without fail!
It is the best recipe I've come across, and once you've tried it, there is no going back. Granted, it initially seems expensive to make, but you need less of it than regular mueslis and it will keep you mentally sharp and full for longer. This is due to the high nut, coconut and seed content which contains healthy fats and fibre required for a fantastic breakfast. It almost fills a large Tupperware container, and it would last for about three to four weeks serving two hungry adults. It can be adjusted to be made gluten free too.
This Pancake recipe is simple but very effective. My kids have been using this recipe for years, and are now masters of it. Use it as a Sunday brunch treat for the family. Why not get the kids to make them for you?
