Where you bin?
People in neighbourhoods around the world have been finding ways to have fun during these challenging times, to cheer up themselves and their neighbours. The international phenomenon “Bin Isolation Outings’ have become popular, “because the bins go out more than we do!”
Our friends at The Pear Café in Alberton, South Australia have a long tradition of #binday and have just launched their ‘Dress up for Bin Day’ in their local community. Image above.
Why not have a go in your neighbourhood?
You know you want to!

#LEST WE FORGET
This Anzac Day our friends @playgroupaustralia are inviting families across Australia to join together in remembering past and present Anzac legends.
You can show your support by uploading photos, craft ideas, drawings and short 10 second videos to social media using the hashtag #PlaygroupSalute. Together, let's thank, cheer, salute and remember our Anzac history.
Upload your commemorative content using the hashtag above, or by emailing media@playgroupaustralia.com.au. A number of videos will be selected and shared as a larger compilation video with the #veryneighbourly playgroup community and their media contacts.
Time 2 Talk is a free telephone support service for people in NSW offering advice, problem-solving, and guidance around a range of COVID -19 related challenges for individuals, couples, families, households and teams.
Staffed by a team of qualified relationship counsellors and social workers, it’s been established to assist members of the NSW community who have been impacted by the restrictions imposed by state and federal Governments on travel, contact with significant others and management of social distancing.
