ALERT LEVEL THREE – RESTRICTION AND SAFE OPERATION

We hope everyone is well, safe and happy in their bubbles.
On Tuesday 28^thApril we are moving to Alert Level 3 - Are we coming to you?
 

What we are doing:
For everyone we need to ensure we continue to operate in a safe and healthy work environment. 
At CES all staff continue to confirm they are healthy and symptom-free daily. With the move to Alert Level 3 - We view our work bubbles an extension of our personal bubbles. The wellbeing and safety of our team, their families and yours is paramount. Our overarching Pandemic Plan was activated on the 16^thMarch. Access to our lab is restricted:
We have contactless drop off at the lab - If you are dropping samples off please ensure that you have a completed sample form before you come and as always that samples are double bagged. 
We encourage you to use post and courier wherever possible;

We are operating under all alert levels, with reduced staff numbers, social and physical distancing and hygiene practices for all work areas.  We are not expecting turnarounds to be affected, however we hope you understand if they are a little disrupted.  
 
If we allow access to our premises;
All visitors are required to sign in recording contract tracing requirements and declare they are fit and well. This is required to help with contact tracing should we discover someone on site has been exposed to COVID-19 or unwell. Any visitors to our site are required to meet the minimum 2m physical distancing.
 
What we need for our staff visiting your sites: 
Please send us an email requesting works, you can call your assessor or survey contact, but we also need the email request confirming what you need from us. Admin@fibres.co.nz
We have attached a spreadsheet to assist us with recording potential contacts our staff may have with your team. We ask that you complete the spreadsheet and return to us before the 28^thApril. This will help maintain a register for all potential contacts over the coming weeks.
Staff visiting your sites will complete your register and health declaration requirements, follow hygiene and distancing and record contact details of who they meet on your sites. 
 
Physical Distancing;
2m is required when we are working on your sites. If you think you and our staff cannot maintain the 2m distancing we ask that you advise why and under what circumstances when requesting works. If the task requires you or our staff to work closely with others, additional measures are to be put in place. The spreadsheet includes a section on meeting physical distancing at your sites.
 
Hygiene in the Field;
All our staff are issued with appropriate PPE in addition to their Asbestos works PPE. Disposable gloves, sanitiser and wipes are in all vehicles for use throughout the day when in the field. All equipment is to be wiped after use and gloves worn during site visits.
