Hello TCRC Members,

I hope this message still finds you well and that you are enjoying some of the warmer weather we have had recently. The TCRC Board of Directors and I have been working to develop a plan for this spring and summer. We know many of you have questions that have developed in recent weeks and we hope to address these with the updates listed below.

• Effective today, we have reopened our tennis facilities for limited use by members only (no guests at this time).  We ask that you visit in small numbers, adhere to social distancing guidelines, and make your visit succinct to play your game and then return home. No water or restroom facilities will be available, please plan accordingly. Further precautions we encourage for all members will be posted on site.
• We are working under the assumption that all of our facilities will regain normal operations this summer, however at this point it is likely that opening day will be delayed to late May or early/mid June. To ensure we provide our members with as much value as possible, we will be extending our hours of operation for the duration of the summer. Our pool will be open Monday-Thursday 9am - 9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am - 10pm, Sunday 10am - 9pm. We are also considering extending the pool season later into September to address the reduced schedule in early spring. We would like to thank all members who have already renewed their membership and initiated payment plans. For those who have not yet acted, we hope this gives you greater confidence in the return on your investment.
• All members who renew or hold their membership this year will still be required to make payment toward the Capital Investment Fee which is a one time cost of $75.00. The bathroom remodel is ongoing and on track with the original schedule. We still plan to repair the tennis courts this year, although the original time-frame will likely require adjustment.
• As a reminder, we are now offering all members the option to sign up for a payment plan.  The plan deadline has been extended from May 31st to now run through July 31st. This means that families who register today can split their dues across 4 credit card payments and start using the facility as soon as we open. The only requirement to enroll in the payment plan is to pay by credit card. While there is a processing fee for payment via credit card, we will compensate for the fee with 2 free guest passes applied to your account when you make your first payment. We will also be waiving the $50 late fees until August 1st. For more details, visit our Membership Page.
• We are currently awaiting decisions regarding swim, dive, and tennis leagues this summer.  As these details become available we will certainly share them with you.
• Finally, to offer you a chance to support local businesses and perhaps enjoy a break from routine, we will be hosting Food Truck Week 2020 starting on Friday, April 24. We will have a food truck onsite for pre-ordering and pick up each day from 4:30 - 7:30. Please visit the Event Page. The food truck will be parked under the parking lot light. Please pull in there and when leaving, you can exit the parking lot normally. Details will be shared on our Facebook and Instagram feeds. Be sure to follow us!
