All Orders Due Weekly by Monday at 5 p.m.

Our momma sheep and baby lambs can't wait for the grass to really take off so they can get grazing on the pastures. Just another week or two and we will be posting videos as we let our cattle and sheep out into the fields.
Connect with us on Facebook for more updates.

Dear Friends,
If you made the Monday at 5 p.m. order deadline, you received a no-contact doorstep delivery today or yesterday, or you'll be making a drive to 824 Pumpkin Lane in East Hardwick to pick up your delicious beef, pork, dairy, maple care package.

The weather is finally starting to feel like spring and the grass is finally starting to green up here in the Northeast Kingdom. Soon we will be able to turn all of the animals out onto our pastures. I think everyone is quite ready to get some fresh air and sunshine and there's no better sound in the world than listening to cows munching on fresh grass.

NEW IN OUR STORE:
Dried Salami from Babette's Table

When it comes to making good food, the process defines the product. Erika Lynch, the owner and butcher of Babette’s Table, uses high quality, pasture-raised local pork. A good deal of her pork comes from Snug Valley Farm in East Hardwick, Vermont. Using fermenting and curing methods learned during an internship in Gascony, France, Erika transforms the pork into old-world style products like salami, coppa, noix de jambon, sausage, ventrèche, pancetta, pâté, rilletes, head cheese, and bone broth. She makes everything by hand at the Mad River Food Hub.
We are so honored to be providing you with delicious meats raised right. Thank you for supporting us.

DETAILS & LOCATIONS

All orders must be placed by Monday at 5 p.m. for home delivery and pick-up at the farm that week. All orders received after Monday at 5 p.m. will be fulfilled the following week. This gives us time to coordinate products from our partner farms, pack your orders and establish a delivery route.

WEEKLY DELIVERY ZONES
Wednesdays - Rte. 100 Corridor Loop (Morrisville, Stowe, Waterbury, Moretown, Waitsfield, Middlesex, Montpelier)

Thursdays - Greater Burlington Area Loop (Charlotte, Shelburne, Burlington, Williston, Winooski, Essex Junction, Cambridge, Jeffersonville)

NOTE: Delivery days are subject to having enough orders in a delivery area. In the event, we don't have enough orders in a given week, we will contact you to schedule a different time.

For orders that do not fall within the Rte. 100 corridor or greater Burlington area, we will schedule a delivery once we have 3+ order within 15 miles of where you live in Vermont. We are doing this so we can cut down our time driving around and to reduce our exposure for all of us.

If you do not see your Vermont town listed above, feel free to email us at info@snugvalleyfarm.com and we will see if we can figure out a way to make an order work. We were able to add on Cambridge and Jeffersonville when a friend reached out to her community encouraging friends and neighbors to also place orders. This allowed for enough orders to make a trip that way weekly.
