Courage Over Fear
Be Strong & Courageous

Our theme, Courage over Fear - Fear is one of the 4 basic human emotions. Fear is real- it is natural, it is important, it is also contagious and fear is normal and natural in times like these. It is also suggested that fear can be helpful because it leads us to know and deal with what’s causing the fear and that leads us to look at what’s in our control and what is not in our control and that’s where courage can come in. Together we are discovering how to live with confidence in Jesus’ victory and His boundless grace. As we do, Jesus shoulders the burden of our fears and fills us with His courage—the courage that comes from knowing that the Lord is with us, and He will never leave us or forsake us.

Food Pantry Distribution
Saturday, April 25

The Food Pantry distribution is deemed essential by the State of Florida and will take place on Saturday, April 25. We at PoP/PdeP are committed to protecting and serving vulnerable populations. Since there are individuals and families in our community affected by the loss of income associated with the shutting down of businesses, we believe the need is more critical than ever.

To minimize the risk of any transmission of the coronavirus, special procedures will be implemented for the distribution that will stress social distancing and minimize all contact. All guests will be instructed to stay in their cars for distribution and the food will be placed in their trunks. Those who walk up (people that do not have cars) to the distribution will also practice social distancing.

All volunteers must be healthy, without preexisting conditions or risk factors which would make them susceptible to the coronavirus.

IN-PERSON Volunteer Roles: taking bags of food to a guest's car, helping direct traffic in and out of our campus, and taking required information from guests upon arrival.

AT-HOME Volunteer Roles: Join us in PRAYER for this important event on our campus. Through the food pantry we are able to reach to and provide for MANY people in need.
