Bringing City services to your home
In an effort to maintain the best-possible customer service during the current health crisis, the City has launched Webchat, giving members of the community another way to ask questions or find out information.
Webchat allows our customers to communicate directly with a Customer Service Officer in real time, through an online text-chat service.
The service is available between 8.30am and 4.30pm, from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays – just click on the Webchat button displayed on each page on the City’s website.
While our front counter and facilities remain closed for now, you can find out what else the City is doing to support our community and the services that are available to you during the current COVID-19 pandemic by clicking the link below.

Mayor's Message
During these times of uncertainty, it has never been more important for our community to stay connected and informed.
With social distancing measures still in effect, we’re bringing the entertainment to you once again with our exciting Driveway Disco event taking place this Saturday, 9 May, as part of our Home But Not Alone initiative.
I am pleased our City is finding new and innovative ways to further support our residents impacted by the Coronavirus pandemic, such as the launch of Webchat, enabling you to talk directly to a Customer Service Officer through an online text-chat service.
A Community Hotline has also been established, with City staff on hand during business hours to answer your questions and provide assistance.
Read on to find out more.

Disco in your driveway
It's time to drag out the leg-warmers and fluoro gear for a ‘totally awesome’ 80s themed Driveway Disco, as part of the City's Home But Not Alone initiative.
While maintaining social distance, on Saturday 9 May, residents are encouraged to set up a dance party in their driveways and boogie with their neighbours.
Nominate your street through the Home But Not Alone Facebook group for a chance to receive a visit from our disco truck, which will be loaded with a DJ, giant LED screens, PA system and roving performers.
With a camera crew on board, the event will be livestreamed on Facebook, so everyone can join the party.

As a result of increased Federal Government funding, the City is expanding its service by about 50 per cent for six months, to support vulnerable seniors in our community.
