Too much togetherness?
Most states in our nation are now wrapping up (at least) a month of shelter-in-place quarantine. It has looked different for various regions of the nation, but in general has required families to stop, slow down a bit, and stay home as much as possible. Countless businesses have been affected, some even having to shut down for good. Others have enable their employees to work from home. And with school systems shutting down, parents, grandparents, and guardians have added the load of homeschooling to their endless list of new tasks.
Maybe your family is relishing in the new, extended measure of togetherness, while others are struggling, processing new stressors amidst stressful situations that were already in place is providing insurmountable anxiety and strife in familial relationships.
