Hello dear readers!

I hope you are all finding ways to to keep your spirits up, to connect with others against the odds, or to appreciate the unlikely gifts of sheltering at home, if that happens to be your reality.

I have focused my attention, for the past month, on exploring the concept of "support systems".

For those who are interested in exploring this along with me, please see below for two opportunities to do so - one daily and one weekly.
ONE: DAILY REFLECTIONS
First, for the month of April, I have been posting DAILY REFLECTIONS about my experiments in re-charging my batteries, supporting myself, and increasing my capacity.

You can find these at: Facebook/Conflict180 or Instagram/Conflict180.

Below are two examples:
TWO: "SAYING YES" WEBINAR

WEBINAR DESCRIPTION:

Wednesdays, April 22, April 29, and May 6, 2020

1:00pm-2:00pm CST (Chicago, USA Time)

Via Zoom

In a time where much that drains me seems to be out of my control, I have been fiercely experimenting with ways to build up my "support system." I suspect that it is this support system which fuels my ability to be present with others, access my wisdom, create joyfully, and do my work with more integrity.

In this 3-part (Zoom) webinar series I will share the barriers, discoveries, and baby successes I've encountered so far - and invite you to join me on the journey - by experimenting with your own ways of "Saying Yes in a Time of No."

Capacity is limited. Please use the link below to register.

To receive a Zoom invite to the first session (April 22), please register by the end of MONDAY, APRIL 20.

There is no cost to attend, although an opportunity to contribute financially to the work will be provided for those who are interested.

Whether you are able to join me or not, I hope you find ways to take care of yourself and to be fierce about saying YES to the nurture you need - and deserve.
