Sunday Salutations!
Good Morning and please take good care of yourselves today! I am reminding myself that we do not always have to be accomplishing something and to practice pure BEING.  In fact, I am practicing continual connection to what I envision for myself and the world several times throughout my day, otherwise the mind jumps on the treadmill.  Thought after thought after thought after thought, can you relate?  Unlike when the body is on a treadmill, this is not conducive to clarity, self-mastery, and ease.  I invite you to 2 new practices (links below) and to also join me for meditation on Monday evening at 7:30pm.  It is a perfect way to end your day.  If interested, please email yogadonna@me.com and you will receive the FREE invite. We are sending our love and support and want you to know that you are not alone out there!
