Dear MESA Families,

I had hoped, like many of you, to welcome back our scholars and staff for the final weeks of school; however, this is no longer the case. As a matter of safety, the Governor has extended the Safer at Home Order until May 26th and canceled school for the remainder of the academic year. Please see his full order here

I want to acknowledge and share how proud I am of our staff and their ongoing commitment to student success during this unprecedented time. The plan at MESA will continue with virtual learning experiences, teachers offering virtual office hours, use of Class Dojo and Live School apps, text alerts, MESA website, and social media to keep you informed. Please stay connected as we continue to share information on how the year will formally close and prepare for the next school year. Thank you for entrusting your child to the educators of MESA.

For the most up to date information on the Coronavirus please visit the Health Department or The State of Wisconsin's COVID-19 webpage

MPS will continue to offer Stop, Grab, and Go locations, with the closest site to MESA being Marshall High School, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M daily. Plus, they have added five additional sites, beginning Monday, April 20, 2020, for resources. All sites will provide packaged breakfasts and lunches for students along with printed learning materials. Families can stop at any location to pick up meals and printed grade-level worksheets for students. For a complete list of sites, visit the MPS Distribution Sites for Meals and Learning Materials page.

Please continue to stay safe in this time and season.

Sincerely,
Laci Coppins Robbins, Ed.D.
