Dear Whānau
This afternoon it was announced that schools will be opening for students who need this, from Wednesday, April 29th.
We have a lot of thinking and planning to put into place before then and you can help us with this. Please URGENTLY complete THIS SURVEY and let us know of your intentions regarding sending you child/ren back to South Wellington Intermediate School.
This survey is for ALL families and I need your responses by the end of the day, Wednesday, April 22nd.
It is important to note that school is not open for all students, but only for families who need to send children to school. You can find out more by going to www.covid-19.govt.nzbut I am working on this information from the site:
“Where possible, students should remain at home connected to distance learning. Children who are able to, should remain home and learn via distance. The restrictions on the numbers of children are necessary due to the need for physical distancing, transport constraints, and limited resources. The limits also help reduce the risk.”
