BigML’s Winter 2020 release helps you streamline the process of importing data directly from external databases. Now, BigML supports MySQL, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch in addition to PostgreSQL, which means you can easily import your data from many different sources — especially helpful for complex enterprise computing environments. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to celebrate the second edition of our Machine Learning School in Seville as a free virtual conference and it turned out a great success! There were nearly 2,500 registrations from 89 countries representing all continents but Antarctica! Over 900 businesses from a diverse set of industries and close to 500 education institutions made up our body of registrants. Overall, we observed a healthy 60%/40% split between business and academia, respectively.
