How are you? A warm wish from The Swansea Wellbeing Centre

The Swansea Wellbeing Centre has created three programmes of support during this challenging time:

1. An online programme of classes - and everyone is welcome to join. Some classes / sessions and support groups are free or by donation and some are to be paid for. We also have 1:1 holistic consultations. If you haven’t used Zoom, it is a free and simple way of joining a class and we strongly recommend trying it. Many of our regular classes have continued to run successfully and that important class community has proved a vital connection to lift the spirits and to create wellbeing opportunities in your week!

Online Classes

2. Keyworker programme - this is aimed at NHS frontline staff and anyone who is still working in any capacity where they are feeling vulnerable and in need of support. We have free support groups, meditations, classes, holistic health advice and 1:1 therapy. Please share if you or anyone you know would benefit from this.

3. Cocoon - this is an additional programme of free support for isolated community members who are feeling vulnerable at this time. Please see the classes and sessions and know that you can join in with these if you would like.

Our practitioners are here for you. In order to continue to offer this valuable support and to keep the centre going we are very much in need of donations.
Our Pay it Forward scheme has some wonderful rewards which you can claim in exchange for your pledges.
