We made it through our 14-day self-quarantine! 🥳

Hello there,

Yesterday was our first day out of self-quarantine following our return from New Zealand! We are very happy to report that we are both healthy (...at least asymptomatic, we haven't gotten tests to actually prove it). We are so grateful, as we were very worried about traveling so many major airports getting home and potential contact with the virus. Our face masks, gloves, and paranoid sanitation of hands, seats, arm rests, etc. seems to have worked to get us home safely.

We celebrated our release from self-quarantine with a bike ride, and it felt so good to get out and move! We are still keeping physical distance of at least 6 feet, self-isolating, and staying home - avoiding going into public places and stores as much as we can.

We hope that YOU are safe, healthy, hanging in there, and that cabin fever is your only ailment. 🙏 We may all be in the exact same boat, but we are all weathering the same storm. Whatever your situation is, we wish you the strength to persevere 💪 and (air)hugs.

On a lighter note, here are two new ways we've been enduring cabin fever:
  • We've been enjoying a new (to us) app called House Party (available in the AppStore) to video chat and play games with friends and family. It's got games similar to Pictionary, Charades, and Apples to Apples that make it easy to have a game night while being physically apart. (Pic of chatting with Jason & Rae of Getaway Couple and Peter & John of the RV Geeks 😍)
  • We've also been tuning in to Andrew Lloyd Weber's "The Shows Must Go On" on weekends where a live-filmed full-length stage production is made available for 48 hours to view for free on YouTube (ad-supported of course). If you like Broadway, you won't want to miss these! (Pic below of us watching "The Phantom of the Opera" this past weekend)

While we've been cooped up we've managed to be pretty productive! We've now released 2 of the Go North - Explore More series:
  1. Tour of the 2020 Lance 1172 Truck Camper - The Go North Expedition Vehicle
  2. How to Load & Unload a Truck Camper
We've put together a webpage where you can find all the Explore More blogs and Videos as they are released:
We're still working on getting the parts and pieces to start work on our RV Solar System Upgrade, which we are getting really excited about! More info to come soon.

We've also been slowly chipping away at a long list of RV Upgrades that we will be sharing with you as well in the coming weeks.

Stay safe everyone! Wishing you health and resilience in these tough times,

- Caitlin, Tom, Mocha & Bella
