It is with sad news that we share that our beloved Howard Holder has passed away at 2:45 pm today. It’s so hard to imagine him gone. I will definitely miss seeing him at church in his usual spot. He gave so much to all of us. We grieve with his beloved daughters Jenny and Beth. It was always clear how much Howard loved his family, his church and his neighbors. We take solace that he now is reunited with his soul mate, Sandra in heaven. We will always remember Howard and all the love and care he shared with us. We will miss him dearly.
It is also with great sadness that we come to grieve that Betty Long, Pat Long’s mom passed away today. Both Pat and Lynne could be with her. What a wonderful woman Betty was. She was always so loving and welcoming to all who knew her. We too will miss seeing her in worship, especially at Cantata. We again take solace in knowing that she is reunited with her soul mate. She was such an incredible mom to Pat, mother in law to Lynne and grandmother to Makayla and David. We know now she joins the great community of saints in heaven. We have lost a true light in this world. Lord in your mercy.
