May is here!! There are signs of life bursting forth from under the earth. The sun is shining. The earth is still turning and we are here... right here. Right now.
I appreciate that these times have been challenging for many. As much as it has created soft space for some to reflect, repose and heal it has also created some emotional upheaval for others. Wherever you have landed, know that I see you.
I feel you. I have been there.
Honour where you are in all of this. Then step outside in the next minute and feel the sun. Allow movement to separate the pain and the pleasure, even if it's minutes apart. Just keep moving.
I celebrate your strength at this time!

So what's been happening at Tree of Life Energy Wellness in the past few months? Well, apart from moving though my own processes, feelings and growth, singing, learning belly dancing and revisiting old ballet positons...all for the purpose of keeping my Chakra system in movement and alignment..much has been happening in real time. Reiki Classes
My heart's desire is teaching. I miss it and I miss you!
I have been working on additions and subtractions to my course material. Things that align with how I teach. Material that I regard as important as we hold space as Reiki practitioners.
The honour of stepping into someone's energetic space has, and always will be a grace filled experience. It is not one to be taken lightly. I feel a deep ignition...a spark of guidance from Spirit about this. That being said, I am so excited to step back into teaching!!
I will continue to reach Reiki Levels One and Two as groups, the Master Practitioner and Teacher classes as One on One coaching experiences. Self Reik sessions are important so during this time of isolation, it's a great time to practice!

Continuing Education
As I delve into the technological world, I have been sitting with some concepts for online courses in the future. I will be looking into multi media offerings for personal develpment sefl study offerings. This is very exciting for me! It gives me an opportunity to combine my years of Counselling experience , women's group facilitation and Energery Healing into a creative channel. Some topics will be esoteric in nature, others more in line with personal develpment of self and soul through various means such as soul writing and journalling.
Online Meditation
I am continuing to offer my 'Zen Meets Mondays' meditations online via Zoom! I will run with 3 minimum women. I post them on my facebook page for more info. There is one coming up this Monday May 4 about Tuning into Past Lives. There is still space! If you are interested, let me know and I will send you the Zoom meeting link. Cost is $14. Time is 7 - 8:30 pm.

Full & New Moon Celebrations
The guidance of the cosmic energy is stronger for me during this time of deep reflection, relization and release. I feel as though I am more attuned to the subleties of that energy so am excited to step back into the honouring of these. My Gaia Spirit Circle celebrations will go online for now.
