Dear Friend,

We know that these are stressful, unpredictable times. Some people are doing well, others are not — some of us may be both in the space of a few hours. We encourage everyone to develop or return to mindfulness practice for simple, reliable, ongoing support as we all navigate the challenges and changes.

As if the teen years aren't stressful enough! We’ve developed resources specific to teens in response to the current reality (and whatever lies ahead). Here are our COVID-19 Resources and Support. Please use and share widely.

SUMMER RETREATS UPDATE

We have made the difficult decision to transition our June and July in-person retreats to online retreats. This includes Northern California, Teens of Color West, Virginia, Michigan, and Kentucky. Some retreats in the same time zone will be hosted together. While there is sadness that we won’t be together in person, we also see opportunity in these changes. We welcome you to join from your home, anywhere!

We have not yet made a decision on the status of our late July and August retreats, which include Southern California, Pacific Northwest, Massachusetts, and Teens of Color East. We plan to have more information on these by mid-May.

Meaningful. Transformative.
