Thanks for your patience while we've devoted nearly all of our time and equipment lately to making hand sanitizer. We've distributed — are you ready for this — more than 50,000 gallons of hand sanitizer! We're doing our very best to keep our spirits stocked, too, not only at the distillery but at retailers in the 12 states that carry our products.
We love to see our hand sanitizer being used in our community. Thanks for tagging us when you post so that we don't miss it!
HOW TO GET OUR HAND SANITIZER:
INDIVIDUALS
Hand sanitizer is free to pick up daily at the distillery, and it also comes free with carry-out orders! If you're able to donate to our employee fund in person or online, we'd be grateful.
BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS
Request hand sanitizer in bulk (1 gallon and above) using this form.

Our Honey Schnapps might sound unusual, but it's not hard to cocktail with. This spirit is made entirely from raw Indiana honey from our family hives, and fermented with yeast found on the bodies of actual bees. It plays well with gin and citrus, so give it a try in this spring-y drink:
CAT’S WHISKERS
By Kevin Hinkle, Cardinal Spirits alum
1 ounce Honey Schnapps
¾ ounce dry gin
¾ ounce simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
lemon peel or bee pollen, for garnish
Add all ingredients except garnish to a mixing tin, then add ice. Shake well.
Strain into a coupe glass, then garnish with a lemon peel or a sprinkle of bee pollen, if you’ve got it!
