We are busy making more content for our MK Quilts University and YouTube channels. We are now supporting hundreds of longarmers across the world! No exaggeration. The time simply disappears every day. We are sending this newsletter to everyone on the MK Quilts newsletter list and then again to those who are members of MKQU. (Sorry if you get it twice.) We would love to have everyone sign up for MKQU, but we realize not everyone needs that level of training and support.

Have you been missing the fun on MKQU?
MK and Ellen have been doing live webinars showing off their "Quilting Play" projects where others can work the same project and share results. There have been Q&A with MK webinars where she answers Pro-Stitcher questions. Additional PS content as well as technical and troubleshooting content has been posted.
May will have a basic computer course released that will be a great resource for those needing a slow introduction to computers and technology. Live webinars will be held that are similar to MK's Q&A but for people with computer questions. You are not alone.

First, I must tell you thee most important piece of news...
My Christmas Quilts are down and away. That happened Easter Sunday. Kind of fitting don't you think?

On the home front, with the taking down of the Christmas Quilts came the big rearranging of the Paul's home office space. He's happily in the front of the house now, right by the front door making it much easier to greet the Mail Carrier, UPS Carrier, Fed Ex Carrier. And no, he doesn't carry Samson when meeting these folks but Samson has a perch right there by the window and believe me, he greets everyone vigorously.
Things in the shop have been good. Lots of quilters are quilting away. We've had lots of drops at the shop, basically one client at a time. I've missed Ellen's help on this. She's planning to come back and help me get caught up with the quilting next week. YAY.
Her and I have had lots of fun doing the Quilting Play quilt along. We've got at least 2 more quilts in the series planned. Come along with us on that. Piece a simple quilt and then learn from both Ellen and me on quilting it up with new and exciting techniques.
The first one, "The Orange Quilt" (mine done in blues) is up on the MK Quilts University site. We'll be starting on the another one soon and very soon. Stay tuned.
