FREE YOGA BOSTON
Hello!

How are you doing? I'm staying healthy and well overall.

April 2020 will be over in just a few hours. This was the first full month that most of us stayed home due to COVID-19. I wonder if it's a month that we'll never forget or if over the course of our lives it will slip away from memory as a way to help us heal.

This time will certainly be in the history books, but maybe we'd like to collectively forget some details of the hours, days and weeks.

Will May be the month where we emerge from our homes on a more regular basis and gather again? If it's safe, I hope so. But I'm rather wary.

It seems that mask wearing will be part of our new normal. I'm doing yoga at home and imagine that wearing a mask while doing yoga would be rather uncomfortable. But it might be required once we're practicing in groups again. And those groups will probably need to be smaller if in a studio. Having classes outdoors might be the key.
