Our Healthy Lifestyle Programmes are going online and you're invited
From next week we are running our Healthy Lifestyle Programmes online. We will be taking two sessions a week, for eight weeks. As a group, we will work through topics such as nutrition education, live cooking demonstrations, physical activity sessions and more. We have put together three different streams to reflect different areas in the region, so you have the opportunity to connect and get to know others in your community.
The sessions will be run on Zoom so you can use a laptop, phone or tablet to join us. If you are not sure how to use this application we can help set you up prior. To register text your Healthy Lifestyle Co-ordinator or your name to 022 642 9793. We will send out the registration email packs from Wednesday, and Zoom links will be sent out on the morning of the sessions.
Session A: These are the main sessions for the week where we will cover a range of topics in food, movement, and other areas of a healthy lifestyle
Session B: These are secondary sessions, an extra opportunity to do a movement session as a group, to participate in challenges or just to have a catch-up
