The Calming Bath Tea includes Organic Lavender, Organic Chamomile Flowers, Organic Oatmeal, Organic Hyssop and Epsom Salt. The Rejuvenating Bath Tea includes Organic Peppermint Leaves, Organic Calendula Petals, Organic Oatmeal, Organic Rose Petals and Epsom Salt. Simply place the tea bag in your bath and let it steep while you fill the tub and soak. When you are finished, you can toss the tea bag into your compost pile.
