We appreciate your understanding and patience during this process. We will try to make everything run as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Safety changes to be expected as follows:
Staff members will have their temperatures taken upon arrival to work.
Hand sanitizer will be available. The use of hand sanitizers will be required for both patients and staff members.
We are limiting the number of patients in the office at any given time. You may be asked to wait in your vehicle until called into the office
Patients will be required to have their temperatures taken, apply hand sanitizer, and complete a health questionnaire before treatment.
Upon completion of the health questionnaire, patients will be taken back into the exam room. * We ask that patients enter the office ALONE. If the patient is a minor they may be accompanied by ONE parent or guardian.
If you are having anesthesia, your ride must remain in their vehicle. We will come out to your car to give post-operative instructions.
All patients must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth until we ask for you to remove it for your examination.
The staff has your safety as our highest concern. Please know we will continue to sanitize the office per CDC/ODA guidelines.
We, unfortunately, are affected by the shortage of face masks and will not be able to provide one to patients, so please plan accordingly.
