Celebrate my 60th birthday this Saturday May 2 from 7pm - 8pm with a.
Zoom BDay Launch Party hosted by Chicago's Cultural Historian (and my husband) Tim Samuelson
What a sweetie! Tim is going to 'surprise me' tomorrow night with an intimate birthday celebration on Zoom as we launch a FUN-draising auction with amazing art, objects, services and experiences, all to raise money for CCRx!
We'll share the auction website and featured items, and share a couple moments of sequestered life with the Koenen-Samuelsons. And cake!!
CCRx has served thousands of teachers, students and others through pop-up events and from our warehouse on the SW side. With COVID upon us, we are ramping up an online market to serve them better! We need to raise some funds for this -- and, these days, we need to have some FUN too!
Bid on a unique array of Art + Objects, Services, and Virtual Experiences -- to brighten up the humdrum of sheltering at home. Items include virtual tours, intimate concerts, commissioned poetry, fabulous artwork, personal cooking classes, yoga, coaching and more.
The auction goes live on Saturday, May 2nd at 7pm and will end on Sunday May 17 at 5pm.
And thank you for your consideration, your support, and for being part of 60 wonderful years!
