Fall 2020 Seniors: Register for Graduation Now
If you plan to graduate in Fall 2020, don't forget to register for graduation now in AccessPlus. 

Celebrations are underway for the Class of 2020. Though in-person celebrations will not be held on campus, virtual celebrations will go on instead.

A video convocation celebration will be shared in early May with all graduating students. 

There are several funds available through the CARES Act for students facing economic hardship as a result of Covid-19. President Wintersteen's email on Friday, May 1 shared about these funds and information for students who qualify for aid. Find more information here.

A temporary food pantry is now available on campus to meet the needs of our community. It is located in the lower level of the Union Drive Community Center (207 Beyer Ct) in the West Side Market space. Hours are Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 
Anyone is welcome to take part in this service – no student ID is required, and staff will not be asking for or taking any information. You just need to show up, follow the posted instructions and get the food you need.  Find out more here.
 
This service is collaborative effort of units within the Division of Student Affairs and also supported by the Cyclone Strong Fund.

The Workspace at the Memorial Union is now delivering craft kits to Ames and local areas. Other pickup options can be arranged. Crafts available include bisque kits, planters, and canvas art. Find more info here.

The Department of Agriculture is hiring for multiple vacancies at the Economic Research Service (ERS) and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA). Loan Specialist, USDA Rural Development
The USDA is seeking applicants for two positions in Rural Development, located in the Des Moines and Albia field offices.
