Dear Community Leader,

I hope you have stayed well throughout your organization's experience of this last month. If you haven't, I hope you have had a supportive community to navigate your way thorugh.

At Vantage Point we scrambled to find our focus and found it by reminding ourselves of our core purpose: to convene, connect, and equip not-for-profit leaders with the tools and knowledge necessary for success. As a result, we revamped our in-person programs to suit online learning, recruited experts to support not-for-profit leaders access government grants, and found answers to questions related to governance, fundraising, and financial management. We also dove into advocacy to ensure our sector is on government agendas at every level of government.

Despite facing our own challenges, our team has risen to the occasion and continues to be committed to you. We are so proud to serve this vital, resilient, and compassionate sector. I have seen collaboration, compassion, and community in all we are doing to survive and thrive. Let us continue working across sub-sectors and differences, illustrating how a supportive economy can look.

In gratitude,
Alison Brewin
Executive Director
