It's the weekend, we hope you and yours are well and staying safe at home.

Lots of you have told us you're struggling with motivation at the moment.

Given how discombobulating this whole situation is, it's no wonder getting motivated is difficult.

We’ll say a quick hello to everyone as they join in, then run for about an hour or so.

Our first online Certified NLP Practitioner training has been running for a few weeks and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive.

The next group will start on Tuesday 19th May. Sessions last 90 minutes on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:30 - 12 - we'll review each week as the situation changes.
