Oregon law requires schools to deliver a minimum of 4 videos that promote child sexual abuse prevention. Here is a Beaverton School District link for more information:
The videos we provide are part of Childhood Victories inc., and is the Be Seen Be Heard curriculum: https://www.victorpacini.com/.
Some classrooms have already shown the videos, some classrooms have not. Teachers know that I am a resource for these lessons. These videos will be posted on SeeSaw and Google Classroom within the next few days if teachers did not deliver these lessons prior to distance learning. We understand that this will be a heavy topic for students, especially during this unprecedented time. The best way to support your child is to be there to answer questions.
