"PRAY MAY" CHALLENGE

Let's make room and time for God in the month of May by taking time to pray with our children every day!

Next Thursday (May 7) is a National Day of Prayer!

One way to celebrate it is by joining in the Pray May challenge.

Simply print the calendar with daily prayer challenges.  You can post it on your fridge or keep on your dinner table.

Send a picture of you, your child, or your family with a note of encouragement or Bible verse for our church family.

Friends, we miss seeing you! We encourage you to send your messages of hope to your friends at First Presbyterian. All you have to do is write your favorite encouraging Bible verse or phrase on a sheet of paper and take a picture like this of you holding verses or messages of hope and encouragement. Photos will be shared on social media and worship. Please send pictures to Andrea (andrea@fpcwinc.org

During Eastertide and Pentecost, we celebrate that the Risen Lord is always with us and the coming of the Holy Spirit. One of the things the Holy Spirit does for us and helps us do for others is encourage hope. Let's fill our campus with messages of hope during this time of COVID-19. All are encouraged to bring their own sidewalk chalk to church and write messages of hope and/or draw your image of the Holy Spirit.  Please practice safe social distancing while on campus. Please draw in the alleyway or as close to the church building as you can. After finishing your creations, please take a picture and send to andrea@fpcwinc.org. Let's fill Winchester with the Hope of the Holy Spirit!
