During the month of May, Hoopla is offering “Bonus Borrows,” which allows you to check out, unlimited, bonus borrows, that will not count towards your 6 items per month.
You can watch or read Hoopla items on your computer or mobile device. If using Hoopla on your mobile device, be sure to go to your App store and download the Hoopla Digital app.
