We're FOREVER Thankful!

For our incredibly supportive community! Opting-in has helped keep us afloat during these uncertain times. We are hopeful to reopen sometime in the near future, and we're working on devising the best plan to move forward once we are able to do so! We do not have a concrete timeline in place for re-opening; however, we are currently adhering to local state mandates and will be developing our own set of safety standards and practices to support our community and staff. Please know that we will be as transparent as possible with our actions, and once we know more about what the future will look like at Mesa Rim, we will reach out to all of you.

Virtual Fitness Update

We've added a few fitness classes to complement our yoga schedule! Justin will be teaching 30-minute classes ranging from hangboard training to in-home HIIT basics.
