Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement
I hereby agree to the following:
1. I have applied to learn ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas (“Asanas”) and,
2. I recognize that the practice of Asanas involves some physical exertion, and consequently may present the risk of injury. I am aware of the risks and hazards involved and agree to assume those risks. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to learning and regarding my practice of ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas for advice regarding my engagement in this program and any risks that it may present to me. I represent and warrant that I have no medical condition that would prevent my full and proper performance of ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas.
3. In consideration of being accepted to learn and perform ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of my full performance of ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas. In further consideration of being permitted to learn and practice ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Maharishi International University and/or Maharishi Foundation USA, its Officers, Directors, employees, associates, agents and independent contractors (“Agents”), for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of performing ππ’π©π’π³πͺπ΄π©πͺ π π°π¨π’ Asanas. I, my heirs, or legal representatives, forever release, waive and discharge, and covenant not to sue Agents for any such claims.
