2. Designation of Paratransit, Inc. and the Sacramento Regional Transit District as Consolidated Transportation Service Agencies in Sacramento County (Matt Carpenter, Barbara VaughanBechtold) (Est. Time: 10 minutes)
- The proposed dual designation of Paratransit, Inc. (PI) and the Sacramento Regional Transit District (SactRT) as Consolidated Transportation Service Agencies (CTSA) reflects the changes in responsibilities the agencies have agreed to for the new fiscal year. Related to this new designation, staff is recommending funding split changes for a funding source administered by SACOG that supports CTSA activities.
3. 2020 Solutions for Congested Corridors Program Project Nominations (Chris Dougherty) (Est. Time: 10 minutes)
- The 2017 Senate Bill 1 (SB 1) legislation created a competitive new transportation funding program that provides a funding opportunity for congested corridors in the SACOG region.
4. Approve Final 2021 Regional Active Transportation Program Policy Framework (Victoria Cacciatore) (Est. Time: 15 minutes)
- SACOG competitively awards Active Transportation Program (ATP) funds to projects that will increase biking and walking in the six-county region. With the delegated authority approved by the SACOG Board of Directors in April, a May Transportation Committee action will allow the SACOG Regional ATP Policy Framework to be sent on to the California Transportation Commission for approval at their June meeting.

5. Policy Framing for 2020 for SACOG Regional Funding Round (Garett Ballard-Rosa/Matt Carpenter) (Est. Time: 30 minutes)
- At the onset of each regional funding round the SACOG board engages in a policy discussion on possible approaches in awarding the agency’s discretionary transportation funding.
