My first hour guest for this week's show is Robert Moss — the creator of Active Dreaming, an original approach to dream exploration and conscious living. Born in Australia, he survived three near-death experiences in childhood. He leads popular seminars all over the world, including a three-year training for teachers of Active Dreaming and a lively online dream school. A former lecturer in ancient history at the Australian National University, he is a best-selling novelist, journalist and independent scholar. His seven books on dreaming, shamanism and imagination include Conscious Dreaming, Dreamways of the Iroquois, The Three “Only” Things, The Secret History of Dreaming and Dreamgates: Exploring the Worlds of Soul, Imagination and Life Beyond Death

In the second hour, Robert and I will be joined by one of his students, Wanda Burch. Wanda is a 20 year breast cancer survivor whose book, She Who Dreams. A Journey into Healing through Dreamwork, describes how working with dreams and dream imagery saved her life. Wanda is a graduate of Robert Moss‚ School for Active Dreaming. She co-presents Arts and Healing retreats.”I discovered that within dreaming, which encompasses images from both ordinary reality and the sleep dream, we receive powerful metaphors and imagery which can be used in useful exercises and self-dialogue to enforce healing, provide visual imagery for the healing journey, and empower the mind, spirit, and body.”
