2. By phone: for each agenda item, we will pause for public comment. Press *9 to indicate a desire to make comment. The chair will call you by name or phone number when it is your turn to comment. Speakers will be limited to 3:00 minutes.
3. Online: for each agenda item, we will pause for public comment. Tap your name in the attendee list, then tap Raise Hand. The chair will call you by name when it is your turn to comment. Please note that speakers will be limited to 3:00 minutes.
4. Online comment: You may also use the Q&A feature to make a comment. The committee clerk will read the comment during public comment. Please indicate the item you are commenting on.

2. Draft Framework for Regional Early Action Planning Funds (Jennifer Hargrove) (Est. Time: 20 minutes)
• A draft framework for how SACOG should spend the approximately $5 million in remaining Regional Early Action Planning Funds (REAP) funds.
3. Commercial Corridor Task Force Meeting Summary (Monica Hernandez) (Est. Time: 10 minutes)
• A summary of the Commercial Corridor Task Force meeting held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020.
4. Policy Framing for 2020 for SACOG Regional Funding Round (Garett Ballard-Rosa/Matt Carpenter) (Est. Time: 30 minutes)
• At the onset of each regional funding round the SACOG board engages in a policy discussion on possible approaches in awarding the agency’s discretionary transportation funding.
