It has been such a pleasure to connect online in this way...I am thankful that within the chaos, we can find new ways to adapt to the circumstances and relate to one another.

Last week was beautiful - even my father (nearing 90 now..) joined in, his comment after the 90 minute class, with Daphne Tse (whom he met a couple of years ago here in Ireland) singing was:  "It's a bit long, if you're not doing the exercises (...)!" - I guess it is... - so please do them, when you join us!

Just a quick reminder that you can also take part without your video on and could even change your screen name, if you feel like staying in the background and quiet. I do, however, have a simple registration process in place, just to make sure that only those attend, who are serious at listening and practicing. Likewise, there are several payment options, so if you are navigating financial dire straits at the moment, feel free to adapt your donation accordingly - I would rather you join than not.
