Project Updates

Each spring brings its own challenges for contractors. Early thaw. Late snow. Constantly changing weather conditions. And in 2020 we have the Corona Virus and "Safer at Home" orders. Fortunately, essential projects have been allowed to continue during this time. With an even more pronounced focus on personal safety, our crews and subcontractors have been making progress on some interesting projects in the area.

45th Parallel Distillery
Things are taking shape at a quick pace at the 45th Parallel Spirits location in New Richmond. This client has been extremely busy during the COVID-19 situation and has been producing hundreds and hundreds of gallons of hand sanitizer and donating it for frontline needs. They do continue to offer curbside pick up of their well-loved spirits, as well, even offering a discount for frontline workers.

WITC-Veterinary Tech Area
The decrease in traffic in and around WITC's New Richmond campus is allowing for a quick start to the new Veterinary Technician program area expansion. The project has a prompt completion schedule and the plan is to have it ready for students to use this fall.

New Richmond Professional Building
The future home of The Oral Surgery Center and St. Croix Kidds Pediatric Dentistry, the New Richmond Professional Building is very near completion now and is looking great!

Somerset Public Library
Another facility that would prefer to be open during this time is the Somerset Public Library. Safer at Home orders have allowed for more prompt construction on-site, however. The expansion construction was completed several weeks ago and now the interior renovation of the original space is underway and should be completed soon.

Jerry's Towing
The expansion project at Jerry's Towing in Roberts is beginning to look more and more like the schematic plans as the attractive 3-story office expansion is taking shape quickly.
