Looking Ahead - Post COVID-19

At County House Research, we know that this is an extremely challenging and unpredictable time for our industry. At present, most courts remain closed. Dates for courts to reopen keep getting pushed back. When the courts do start to open, there is no guarantee that full access will be restored in every jurisdiction. Despite this uncertainty, the CHR team has been moving full steam ahead with our plans for returning to the courts once they reopen. At the same time, we are continuing our efforts with the help of the PBSA to gain access to local court records while the current crisis continues.
Having detailed plans gives us an edge and that, in turn, gives our clients an edge. County House Research's motto is "It's Our Search Too" for a reason. We are completely invested in our clients' success because it is our own. While the CHR team has been working with court officials to gain access, we've also been consulting health and safety experts to make sure our researchers are ready to enter public buildings. Our team has developed safety protocols that meet or exceed current best practices and purchased the necessary supplies. The team has also been in contact with the courts to find out what they plan to do to protect researchers.
While we cannot predict the exact time the courts will reopen, we will do our utmost to be as ready as possible when they do.
