Hope you're keeping safe. You probably get a hundred COVID19 emails a day, so we'll keep this as short and sweet as possible!
OGO Production Updates:
Increased social distancing measures at OGO HQ has resulted in a slight increase in production times - now averaging 4-7 business days from when an order is received and invoiced successfully.
Logistical delays in receiving supplies from our partners have also impacted production times.
The good news? We've just completed an upgrade to the Aeoon DTG print system, after 6 hard months of testing and in house development. It's taken ALOT longer to get right than we anticipated, but we wanted everything to be perfect before widespread release (or as close to as possible!). Soon you'll be taking advantage of:
- Quicker production times, especially with white garments!
- Higher quality prints
- Whiter whites!
- Amazing spot colours
- Introduction of the AS Colour Supply & Crop Hoodie!
Australia Post/Domestic Shipping Updates
- Domestic post across the Australian network moderately to severely impacted.
- Australia Post Express Post service no longer guarantees Next Day Delivery.

Temporary DHL & International Shipping Price Increase :
- DHL has now implemented two separate surcharges (Exchange Rate and Emergency COVID19 Surcharge
- Effective from Monday, May 4th, 2020: OGO's International shipping rates will increase from $12 for the first item, to $20 for the first item, and from $4 to $8 for each additional item
- Shipping to most countries continues to be delayed, or prohibited entirely. Suspended countries can be found here (as of April 23rd, 2020)
- Canada, Japan and Singapore have now resumed parcel deliveries, but this advice changes daily.
- As a result, we highly encourage stores to cease offering international postage or provide clear notices on their website about potential delays/order cancellations.
