Springtime Salutations Dear Friends!
The weather is intoxicating this time of year!  Are we feeling a shift in our energy and disposition?  I am so inspired and feeling a "growth and renewal" themed practice bubbling up.  Knowing that you are part of nature, and living in harmony with the Earth's biorhythms, sets us up for balance and harmony inside and out (ayurveda is based on this fascinating life science). 

In the event that you are not connected to Facebook, we wanted to share this GRATITUDE practice with you so that you could feel a little more in tune with body, mind and spirit.  There is also a new Gentle chair class below. As of May 1st, we are going to be offering our ENTIRE schedule of classes on a private Facebook page. Classes will happen at OUR actual class time (or you can watch when the time is right for you).  If you are inspired to show up on your mat for YOURSELF, please register with the link below.  You will then be invited to join our Peace Tree Yoga Studio May 2020 page that will only be used for our yoga classes.  We want to stay in touch with you and support healthy habits that uplevel your life!
