Lockdown is putting a strain on the mental health of pretty much all of us, especially those who were already struggling. At 7pm on Sunday 3rd May Kerith's Senior Pastor Simon Benham will be speaking with Dr Kate Middleton from the Mind and Soul Foundation. Kate is both a psychologist and a church leader so is perfectly placed to help us all.
