NEW BurnAlong Class: Intro to Tap Dancing
Student Media's own Ben Hosig has created a new Burnalong course to teach beginner tap dancing skills to the Mason community. You may know him as our friendly business manager, but Ben had a whole career as a tap dancer working with legends like Savion Glover and Gregory Hines before he joined our team last May!

In case you haven't heard,
BurnAlong is an online platform that offers on-demand well-being classes and programs on many topics, from physical fitness to mindfulness meditation. Through a partnership between University Life and BurnAlong, all students, faculty, and staff now have access to more than 1,000 classes across more than 40 categories. "University Life: United" Podcast Series
WGMU Radio faculty advisor Rodger Smith has created a new podcast series to help inform and update the Mason community during this challenging time. Each podcast will include an interview with a key administrator or faculty member and cover a range of topics related to the University's COVID-19 response.

The first offering in the series features an interview with University Life Director of Advancement
Dr. Kaitlin Ciccheti and focuses on the Student Emergency Assistance Fund. As of April 27th, over $1.7M has been disbursed to some 1,500 Mason students.
