Free School Meals Update - 4
 
We have been advised by Edenred who are sending out the vouchers for the Department of Education that there were some technical issues earlier this week which resulted in parents claiming vouchers receiving error messages.

The issues meant that many people were receiving “invalid code” error messages on the website, they have advised that their team have worked hard to deploy a solution that has rectified this issue so please try to redeem your codes again if you did have problems.

Edenred have also updated their contact details so that there is a specific support email for parents, in the future please use:
freeschoolmealsparentscarers@edenred.com

As per my last e-mail the system has been quickly established and has in many cases been a success, unfortunately it does take time to log-on sometimes (I have this issue as well!) but as can be seen above, as and when issues occur, they do try to rectify them as soon as possible.
