*Fake* Jump Rope for 30 sec
Minute 2:
10 Squats
Minute 3:
10 Forward Lunges each side
Minute 4:
10 Tricep Dips
Minute 5:
10 Sit-ups
Minute 6:
Plank for 30 sec
Minute 7:
20 Slow Mt. Climbers each side
**REPEAT 4X FOR A TOTAL OF 28 MIN**
