Happy Monday beautiful people!
 
I wanted to do a little newsletter on something that has helped me stay sane during quarantine… and that something is... EMOM workouts. I know you hear me talk about these on my IG 24/7, but they are seriously an incredible way to get a great and efficient workout in. They are super quick and can be done in the comfort of your own home. I started doing them a year and a half ago and they have truly helped boost my metabolism and tighten my entire body!
It stands for Every Minute On the Minute. For example, if you have 12 squats in Minute 1, you start the timer (I just use the timer app on my phone), do the 12 squats, and whatever time you have left in the minute is your rest time! If you aren’t able to complete the designated number of reps in a minute, I suggest maybe cutting down the reps and over time, working to increase that number of reps!
 
Today I will be listing out two different EMOMs for you to use: beginner (no weights involved) and intermediate (weights involved).
 
BEGINNER:
 
Minute 1:
*Fake* Jump Rope for 30 sec
Minute 2:
10 Squats
Minute 3:
10 Forward Lunges each side
Minute 4:
10 Tricep Dips
Minute 5:
10 Sit-ups
Minute 6:
Plank for 30 sec
Minute 7:
20 Slow Mt. Climbers each side

**REPEAT 4X FOR A TOTAL OF 28 MIN**
 
Important! 
If 4 rounds is too difficult,
start with 2 and work your way up.
You will get stronger each day!!
 
INTERMEDIATE:
Minute 1:
10 Reverse Lunges (each side) with Shoulder Press

Minute 2:
10 Burpees w/out Push-Up

Minute 3:
10 Side Lunge into Oblique Crunch each side

Minute 4:
10 Bicep Curls into 10 Bent-Over Rows

Minute 5:
8 Walk-out Planks

Minute 6:
20 Squats

Minute 7:
20 (each side) Bicycle Crunches

Minute 8:
Side Plank 20 sec each side

**REPEAT 4X FOR A TOTAL OF 32 MIN**

Important! 
If you want to take it to the NEXT level, do 5 rounds!!
