Renewal (a follow-up to the "hope" photo from my last email)

Dear friend,

When I served in academic leadership roles, my days were full and rewarding… and completely overwhelming. I ran from meeting to meeting without even taking breaks to eat or go to the bathroom (seriously). Fortunately, my sessions with my coach were a lifeline. They helped me reset, figure out how to handle the fires that were burning around me, and get back to the person and leader I wanted to be. They were a time of renewal.

Now many of us are running in different ways… spending 10-hour blocks in virtual meetings, trying to keep kids on track, worrying about the health and wellbeing of our loved ones and ourselves. And the fires we’re battling seem much bigger. In the current environment, coaching can mean the difference between grounded, authentic presence and stressed, reactive decision making. And the world simply can’t afford the latter right now.

So I’m offering my current subscribers—that’s you!—a pair of one-on-one 30-minute coaching sessions at no charge. (If you’re already working with me, just remind me during our next session and I’ll modify our agreement accordingly.) We can focus on any area you wish, with the goal of getting you at least one step closer to your ideal. And if you need help figuring out what that is, we can tackle that together, too. :)
