What's SOUPer This Season🍅

We hope you continue to keep safe and well during these challenging times that we find ourselves in.

Here's a little sneak peek of what we've been up to over the last few weeks. We are also giving you the chance to win 2x €550 vouchers for Ballymaloe Cookery School. Now that the weather is getting warmer we are loving a bowl of fresh pea and minty soup at lunctime. Check out our recipe development chef Ivan whip up a bowl of homemade pea and minty soup in less than ten minutes! If you're up for the challenge you can find the full recipe here. It's easy PEAsy!

We were thrilled to be able to continue our SOUPer hero drop offs this month to all the incredible hard working frontline staff. Cully and Sully loaded up the van (a big thank you to Volcano Pizza for the loan) and safely delivered soups around the country from hospitals to nursing homes and housing shelters. We hope you all enjoyed a warm bowl of soup and it provided a few moments of calm during these tough times.

We noticed how everyone has taken to the kitchen during lockdown and we are loving all the creativity, however we feel it's just as important (and more fun) to shine a light on all of those who may be struggling with the pots and pans.
