We're meeting on Zoom to check in with each other following "déconfinement" in the red zone. I hope you can join us and share "lessons learned", ways our organizations are coping with the pandemic's impact and our ongoing challenges. Let's find ways to support each other, ask for help, brainstorm, share success stories. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome for this meeting and the one in June.

SAVE THE DATE!
NEXT MEETING: MONDAY 15 JUNE @ 10h30-12h

mark your calendar!
We'll meet to check in once more before the summer break. Will some organizations continue to serve their members and constituents exceptionally during the summer break due to the challenges of the pandemic? What plans are under consideration for the fall? Join us. RSVP link will be sent after the 27 May meeting. Send in your suggestions, concerns and questions.

DID YOU KNOW?
DID YOU KNOW THAT THE AMERICAN LIBRARY IN PARIS IS DOING CURBESIDE LENDING? Read more...
ALP's website is here. Their awesome Instagram is here.

Caption of the above photo: "Déjà-vu? Librarian Bojan Kupirović (right) prepares books for our new curbside lending service (the first step in our progressive deconfinement), just as his long-ago predecessor (left, possibly Frederic "Freddie" Hawkins) wrapped books for the Library's Soldiers' Service in 1940. The Library managed to send over 100,000 books and magazines to Allied soldiers, hospitals, prisoners, and internment camps before the Soldiers' Service ceased when Paris was occupied."
