HUD is hosting a webinar for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) formula grantees to provide an overview of HUD’s IDIS Instructions for Submitting a Substantial Amendment for CDBG-CV, ESG-CV, and HOPWA-CV Grants. There will also be time to answer grantee questions about making CARES Act grant amendment submissions.
