Many of us are stuck at home and have had to find new ways to work and entertain ourselves.

Is this damaging our eyes? 

Working from home means disrupted routines with no forced breaks for commuting or geting out for meetings or a walk at lunchtimes. Many of us are spending longer hours looking at screens for video meetings, computer work and even socialising online.

Our home computer screens are typically smaller and often poorer quality than the ones at work. I’m doing on a small laptop what I’d usually do on a nice large screen.  This is all very strenuous for your eyes. Tired eyes are common and often present as eyestrain; headaches; blurred vision; dry eyes or neck and shoulder pains.
